In the words of my boss, the Dumas Hotel in Butte is “super haunted, that place is terrifying.” The famous Dumas was a brothel from 1890 until 1982 and was the entrance to the notorious Venus Alley–Butte’s crime-ridden red light district.

This is a gold mine, with the right person. There are so many amenities in the area and the charm of the town allow for an unlimited and year round business. With 20 minutes is a major lake and Discovery Ski Basin. 3 miles away is a Jack Nicklaus golf course. The bottom of the church is a large room which could work as a conference room. The "town" is adjacent to Montana State Land and Forest Service. There is also a livery which could stable several horses. You can stay in the brothel, bordello, teepee, dugout, sheep wagon, boarding house, jail, cord wood, log cabin, sod house, Indian Bark Lodge and the church.
Walk down the street of the "town" and you think you are roughing it, but go inside and it is magical. It is most unique, designed to look like an 1880's town with modern amenities inside. This ranch has been run as a dude ranch and has been reduced in acreage.
